I have used this service for 7 years and have built a great relationship with Aaron, my pest man! He knows me and knows my house. Aaron has addressed every pest problem possible, spiders, roaches, mice, yellow jackets, and anything else. He knows his stuff and educates me on proper precautions and management of eliminating ALL PEST! ❤️ my pest man❤️

Will is an outstanding technician. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He listens to all concerns and addresses them. I have two dogs and he is always so careful to ensure all the traps are locked and in good working order. I appreciate Will. He is one of the reasons I remain an Arrow Exterminator customer for the last 8 years .

I am so glad to use Arrow Exterminators. Dan in particular is so helpful and does such a thorough job. He always makes sure both the inside and outside of my house are protected and also makes sure I have enough traps on hand in addition to the ones that are set out. I would highly recommend Dan and Arrow Exterminators!

We have been with Arrow for over 10 years , they have serviced multiple properties for me, my personal home included. They have always been great with service times and explaining what the reason is for the spray. Torrie has been phenomenal informationally and when scheduling she is always patient, polite and efficient.

We have used Arrow Exterminators for many years. I like that they service the customer the way they want to be served. I like good thorough outside treatment only and they have always done just that. The techs are very friendly and will do as you ask. We had a bird make a nest in my garden shoes on a shelving unit on our deck and I asked that he be careful and not disturb the nest and he understood completely and the bird nest was safe. Not all techs are the same and I like that they will provide a consistent tech for service, usually automatically, but also if asked. We always work with Torrie for scheduling and she is great! We will continue to use Arrow Exterminators for our pest control.

Arrow has provided us with great service for many years, and they hire good, competent people. I especially enjoy working with Torrie. She's professional, friendly and accommodating and makes scheduling so easy. She's a pleasure to work with!

Arrow employees, Theresa, Riyah, Will, Roger have been most attentive to the pests that I have had around and in my house. It took quite a few visits and creative investigation to solve the problem. They are careful in and out of the house as well as informative so that I understand the process. I am pleased with their diligence and the quality of their work.

Jessica has been super helpful and makes scheduling for my property a breeze. Corey is a great technician who is knowledgeable and cares about his work. Great to do business with!

I have been working with Jessica in Broken Arrow a Scheduler for the Exterminating Division for several years. She is the reason that I continue to do business with Arrow! When I call with an immediate need like spiders or ants invading our Airbnb's, she is on top of the situation. She is knows the ins and outs of my location, its challenges, and the need for flexibility in scheduling at times. Jessica works with Will the exterminator to make sure that all my issues are resolved and the bugs killed!
