Pest Control Reviews

We have been a customer of Arrow for many years. So grateful for the dedication of their team to take care of our business. Jessica and Racer went above and beyond to send someone out this weekend. I appreciate them taking time on their day off to be sure our needs were met.

Dominique did a great job today. He is very interested in making sure customers like me are satisfied with his work.

Daniel is the absolute best!! He has helped us for the past 12 years at two different homes! He does a fabulous job listening to my concerns and explaining our options for the best solution. In addition he is always polite and welcoming! I don’t know what we’d do without him!!

Sean did a thorough job outside and indoors spraying for bugs and explaining the process of what to expect. Also gave my son a fun seasonal coloring book.

Dominique was great. He called before he came, was timely & explained everything that he would be doing & what service i would get for my yard. A great experience.

Very impressed with the scheduling as Jessica is quite organized and efficient! The exterminator, Riyah, shows up on time, always in a pleasant mood, and does a thorough job each and every visit.

He took care of all our pest needs and even went above and beyond to clean the facia boards and hard to reach areas before he left. Dominique treated my yard for some specific weeds and fertilized today. He listens to my questions and reviews the problem areas that I show him. I have a weed with a seed pod on it and he will research its name and way to rid my yard of this pest. I have been pleased with his attention and sincere help.I had 2 Sentricon traps with broken or displaced lids. He took care of both and will be back to move a trap that has been hidden in a flower bed. He is a very willing agent for Arrow and quite helpful to me.
