Joseph with Arrow Exterminators was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond by thoroughly checking my entire house and attic for bats and possible entry points, and even went back into the attic a second time to make sure nothing had been missed.He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and so kind. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and never tried to sell me services I didn’t actually need—he only recommended what was truly necessary. It’s not often you come across someone this honest and caring. I highly recommend Joseph and Arrow Exterminators!

Will is an outstanding technician. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He listens to all concerns and addresses them. I have two dogs and he is always so careful to ensure all the traps are locked and in good working order. I appreciate Will. He is one of the reasons I remain an Arrow Exterminator customer for the last 8 years .

I am so glad to use Arrow Exterminators. Dan in particular is so helpful and does such a thorough job. He always makes sure both the inside and outside of my house are protected and also makes sure I have enough traps on hand in addition to the ones that are set out.
