I have used Arrow Exterminators for many years, and have always been satisfied with my service. Jessica has always been lovely and efficient, helping me to get the service date that works for my family. And our service technician is Rya, she is lovely and always asks if we have had any new "activity" in or out of the house. She answers all my questions and if there is the rare time that she doesn't know the answer, she will get back to me in a timely manner. Thank you to both of these ladies.

This review is for Jessica. She is an awesome lady always patient. and she’s very knowledgeable on all the questions I ask and if there’s something that she does know, she always gets the information that I need. She takes her time and makes me feel like I’m really important.

Each person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and very professional. I had a huge mice infestation in my attic and was trapping two mice per day in my laundry room. I had family visiting in two weeks with small children. I called Arrow Exterminators in a panic on a Friday explaining my situation and they sent someone out that afternoon. They did an inspection and I was given an estimate and an explanation of the work needed. Charlie was fabulous as were Christian and Ryan and Robert. I don’t remember the other names (sorry). They literally worked in 130 degree temps in my attic and worked the weekend, and they had the work done by the following Tuesday! I am so grateful that they were so compassionate to my problem and fixed it immediately! Thanks to Arrow I was able to enjoy my family visiting without worrying about mice…. I also use Arrow for termite control and pest control and those service are great as well. I would definitely recommend them!

Very thorough treatment for insects inside and outside the house. Will even removed spider webs around the outside of the house.

I had ants really bad n the house and outside the house , Riyah was the service rep that came out and sprayed , she went way above and beyond , she was very nice about me putting the 4 dogs up outside, she was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of ants I had . it's hard to get great customer service now days . wanted to say Thank You for taking care of us .Pat Wallen -Press

Joseph with Arrow Exterminators was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond by thoroughly checking my entire house and attic for bats and possible entry points, and even went back into the attic a second time to make sure nothing had been missed.He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and so kind. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and never tried to sell me services I didn’t actually need—he only recommended what was truly necessary. It’s not often you come across someone this honest and caring. I highly recommend Joseph and Arrow Exterminators!

Great to see Will again. He used to be our guy then got a well deserved promotion. He was thorough and friendly as always. He even swept spiderwebs off the porch.

Every time Jessica answers the phone, she is always very helpful and great to deal with. She makes sure that any communication even outside of her dept has a message sent to the while we're on the phone. She's friendly and professional at the same time!
