Very impressed with the scheduling as Jessica is quite organized and efficient!The exterminator, Riyah, shows up on time, always in a pleasant mood, and does a thorough job each and every visit.

Grant was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable when he came out to visit. He took care of all our pest needs and even went above and beyond to clean the facia boards and hard to reach areas before he left. Very kind and courteous at our place and definitely going to be having him back out for our next visit.

Technician Daniel has been my Pest Control guy for over 25 years. He is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Whether it is an invasion of ants in my kitchen, spiders, or other unwanted pests, he is quick to respond.

Dominique treated my yard for some specific weeds and fertilized today. He listens to my questions and reviews the problem areas that I show him. I have a weed with a seed pod on it and he will research its name and way to rid my yard of this pest. I have been pleased with his attention and sincere help.I had 2 Sentricon traps with broken or displaced lids. He took care of both and will be back to move a trap that has been hidden in a flower bed. He is a very willing agent for Arrow and quite helpful to me.
