We have been using Arrow for termite removal/maintenance and pest control for several years. Steve has been our pest control tech from our start. We purchased a new home in 2022 and initially thought we would save $ by not replacing existing termite bait stations since prior owner of new home used Terminex for both termite and pest control so their stations were in place. Once we moved in, we were immediately surprised by numerous indoor spider and millipedes, as well as multiple active wasp nests outside our doors since the home had been consistently serviced by Terminex the 12 months prior. Therefore, we cancelled Terminex and immediately returned their bait stations. We had Arrow install their bait stations (which they did at reduced rate since we just recently sold our home that they serviced), and we had our prior tech, Steve, begin pest control service at our new home. Steve eliminated EVERY SINGLE issue (with his first service) with a POSITIVE and professional attitude! -We continue to be happy with Arrow’s services! Just realized that Arrow offers lawn services so we are getting quote and hopefully switching to them for those services as well.

Arrow is very thorough when they come out for quotes and service. We have been very impressed with the level of service and the friendliness of everyone we have dealt with. Definitely recommend.

The office person is very nice and efficient, and the home inspector is also polite, non intrusive, and thorough as he goes about his outdoor inspection.
